  • HESC is holding Virtual FAFSA Completion Workshops. These events are free and open to any senior planning to attend college in the fall. Registration is required and is now open at StartHereGetThere.ny.gov/events.

Financial aid professionals will be available to provide private, one-on-one assistance in completing the FAFSA and NYS Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) applications.

 

Virtual Drop-In Lounge sessions held every Monday and Wednesday from 3-6 pm

Please attend HESC's Drop-in Lounge if you have a question about financial aid for college, the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), or the NYS Tuition Assistance Program (TAP).  Students can connect with HESC to get answers to their questions on applying for financial aid, the types of aid you may qualify for, how to get started completing applications, and more.  Details here.

HESC Texts

Students and parents can sign up to receive text messages from HESC with information about financial aid, important deadlines, events.  Register at hesc.ny.gov/text.
