Kindness Day at South High School
South High School's Student Government celebrated World Kindness Day on November 13. As part of the school's No Place for Hate initiative, the Student Government organized activities for students and staff to showcase their kindness, unity and school spirit.
South High School's 2026 National Merit Scholarship Semifinalists
South High School is pleased to announce that twenty-three students have been named Semifinalists in the prestigious 2026 National Merit Scholarship Competition (NMSC). These South High School seniors are recognized for their "exceptional academic ability and potential for success in rigorous college studies."

Erin Wong Earns Top Award at ISEF
South High senior Erin Wong won a second place award at the 2025 Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair, the world’s largest global science competition for high school students.
